She instructs with enthusiasm, charisma and poise, always meeting horse and rider at their current level and inspiring them to the next. Through her patient delivery and thorough explanations, JJ motivates both horse and rider, always keeping in mind what is best for both. She understands that every horse has its individual physical and mental abilities and tailors training to fit that horse. In addition to teaching horses and riders, she constantly recognizes the life lessons that they offer.
