Clark County Event Center

The Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds is an established 170 acre campus with five multi-purpose facilities that host a wide variety of events and activities throughout year. The new Exhibition Hall features 97,200 square feet of column-free show space. Additional facilities on grounds include the Dr. Jack Giesy Arena, The Grandstands, a collection of Livestock Buildings and three South Halls. Parking is available for 7,500 vehicles. The perennially successful Clark County Fair is hosted each August on the grounds. Drawing over 250,000 visitors, the Fair has been a beloved community event in the county for 141 years. Clark County contracts with the Fairgrounds Site Management Group to operate and market the facility. Future additions to the site, as outlined in the master plan developed in 2003, include a 66,000 sq ft livestock building, a flexible meeting hall at 30,000 sq ft, a multipurpose equestrian barn, an updated food court and the return of a large children's park. Located in the heart of SW Washington and just a few miles north of Portland, Oregon, the Event Center is highly visible and easy to access. Look for us right next to the Clark County Amphitheater on Interstate 5.
