Gode tidyngse unto alle grete Ik thyse daeg,
myne apologiis yf thyse missive bi nought wel understood, as agayne in Mittel Anglysce haue Ik so wryt'n. Wherefore nede Ik halte thar? Nay, pray tel wat othir idiomme spreke Ik, yay, indede. Verilie, ayn passioune for manie tongs haue Ik: Arabisce, Spaunix, Alemain, Italien, et cetera.

Okay, okay, I'll stop my annoying drivel in Middle English, lol. What I was essentially saying was that I am passionately into languages, as well as medieval reenactment. I am currently a Spanish major, but have taken (to widely varying levels of proficiency, of course): Italian, French, and German, with a few phrases in Gaelic, Arabic, and Latin as well. My primary reenactment persona is of light cavalry, i.e. "a la jinete" of 1470's eastern Spain.
Le saluda atentamente,
A bientot,
Ausviedersehen,
Sabah al-herr,
Sincerely yours,
R. Peterson.
