I am looking to purchase an Egyptian Arabian horse, either gelding or mare. With some training in dressage, if not then at least started under saddle, age from 4 years to 10years old. Any colour, any markings. If you have an Egyptian Arabian horse that fits this criteria, please let me know. Will also except trades as well as sale horses.

I agree completely they waltz to their own beat, and all though people turn their noses up to the fact of either competing against them or comparing to what they are already comfortable with, Arabian horses still grab the attention of EVERYONE!!!!

My fiesty mare is sooooo sweet! she loves all the other horses and is not marish at all! I love the Arabian disposition! very dedicated to its owner, kind and willing and fiery at the same time. For some reason I am drawn to all the other Arabs at my barn more then the other breeds. I give them carrots and pets all the time.

i LOVE arabians and have all my life- i currently have a half arab and hes amazing. lol everyone loves him even the strictly warmblood lovers at the barn. i attribute it to that arab tendency to bond with and be friendly with humans =P
i hope to turn him into an amazing little english horse and prove to all the doubters that arabs can be pretty and still work just as hard- if not harder- than other breeds

I'm new to this site - I have 3 purebreds and 3 half arabs (including my first horse who is now 34!). I've been breeding for dressage and have several polish-crabbet purebreds that are very athletic and 2 fresian/DWB half arab crosses that are showing wonderful potential (and tall: I have a 16.2 hh 5 yr olf mare from my 14.2 crabbet brood mare). I'd love to talk with others enjoying their arabians for dressage. Any of you "kicking some warmblood butt" in open dressage competition??

I just found this group and it fits me really well! I have had Arabian horses for the last 20 something years. I love that Arabian energy and the fact that they are so friendly and people oriented. My mare is the sweetest horse I have ever owned. She comes galloping to greet you and loves everyone. I think she is rather pretty also! She is a Khemosabi granddaughter on her fathers side and a Bey Shah granddaughter on her mothers side. I use her for trail riding and hope to compete in NATRC rides or endurance when I get her in shape.

Hi! I've just joined this group and know I will enjoy it greatly, my first HORSE (I had a pony first) was Arab/QH cross and I'll never forget him...I've also created 2 new groups and am trying to connect with Floridians to check out & join 'Florida Horse Lovers!'...:-) 2nd group is for POA lovers--'POA's (Appaloosa Ponies)'...
