I lost 2 colts this spring and it about broke my heart. The first was my 2 year old Grulla Stallion. I bottle fed him from the time he was 3 days old, because my mare died for no apparent reason. I had to put him down because of Colic. The second was the colt he sired and I had to put him down 2 months later with a horrible broken leg. Still trying to come to terms with such a huge loss in a short peroid.

i lost a 6 year old 16hh mare.

my family just recently lost another horse, he was only 17 years old...it was shocking but also really sad =(

We just buried our 24 yr old Thoroughbred one hour ago. Our hearts are broken as we say goodbye to this most precious of friends and one of our family members. We love you Ace. Sleep in peace and we'll see you in the next life.

My favorite horse jack was put down 4 years ago, he got colic..he was 35 years old...I still miss him to this day :(
