I used to ride a clydesdale and even jumped her a bit. Unfortunately she is gone now but she was the sweetest, most gentle horse. She would never hurt a fly - but she might accidently step on it! :-)

I currently ride a draft cross. We are working on dressage and spookyness. He is very athletic and jumps quite well. Unfortunately he is kinda green and also bolts and bucks.

For some reason I find draft horses more comfortable for me ride. I feel more secure on their wide bodies.

Drafts are the best!!!I used to drive a team of Belgians around a 2000 acre estate giving tours. What fun!!

i have a pmu belgian i rescued, we have trail ridden her , ran her thru the barrel pattern 4 fun, and sorted cows on her.......
