I went to the World Horse Expo not too long ago, and I met Dr. Marcia A. Thibeault. I bought her two books, I Make Horse Calls and More Horse Calls. I am currently reading I Make Horse Calls and it is wonderful. She takes you on the journey from a horse groom to becoming a veterinarian and you follow along as she goes out in the countryside to help owners and their horses. The stories are humorous and warm, all the while infused with education.

I've just published an equestrian romantic mystery, titled The Gift Horse. You can check it out on my website at: Visit Link. It's currently only available in ebook form. In a few months, it'll be in print.

A great book that I have just recently finished reading for the third time is "No Small Thing" by Natale Ghent. It is captivating and inspiring.

I loved the fiction book " Horseplay" bt Judy Reene Singer. My sister sent it to me after hse read it, and I have now passed it on, it just keeps going. So if you want a real funny read, check it out. It is fiction and romance and all based around a woman that is new to horses. She has quite the time. Even the dog in it is funny. I heard she came out with a second book, but not sure if it is a funny one. I love all horse books, but a good hardy laughing type book is always a nice break. Enjoy!

Hi, I'm new. I wanted to say that "The Hearts of Horses" by Molly Gloss is one of my favorite books. It's a fictionalized account of young women who trainedhorses in the Western United States during WWI. Most of the men had gone to war, and these women rode from farm to farm to train cowponies, farm horses, etc. It is a beautiful book.
