ok ya'll so i'm going to train my horse to do Western Pleasure..... shes sortof stuborn when it comes to loping... any ideas on what i can do to get her to lope? oh and thanks for joining....

try spurs. my horse was like that. when i started, i had to really use them, but after she got back into the habbit of not needing them.

shes 3 and i do lunge her (but she trys to kick me every time i do lunge her- i have knee problems because she kicked me in my knee)

How old is she? Do you lunge/long line her at all? I found that is the best way to start them.
