I had a few horses before,but I had to get ride of them due to a bad devorce,but I have loved horses since I was a young girl,I use to help at a small stable with the horses and I grew very found of them,I am no expert rider,but I enjoy to ride,It takes me to a whole new place,and horses are very smart,sometimes when I rode Patemia she was a 15 year old paint,I really felt like she could feel If I was sad or happy.I would always go for a ride when things were bad at home,I will be getting me a good horse as soon a we get up fencing,I will have horses again!My children love them also.But I know what you all mean, they are a womens best friend!

My horse and I have been through a lot together and we've only known each other for 4 months. she came to my home never seeing a cow before let alone 8 black angus. She was scared to death and ran away 4 times. we are now friends with the cows and in training. She is only 4 years old and we together are starting a new life and a new friendship that will last forever. When she first was getting used to the cows I sat outside with her for days just talking to her and reading to her. I was so sun burned by the time we got to be friends with the cows, but it was our best bonding time ever and wouldn't trade it for the world.
