My friend thinks I should name her Ivy, but I don't think I like it.
The first horse I ever rode was a 29 year old chestnut Arab mare. She was 14.2 hands, sweet but very bossy. She taught me so much!
Exactly. At my old barn I would ride high spirited Arabians and ride them bareback and I learned SO MUCH. I always felt under control with them though.. And like they would listen to me even if they were bucking. But now since switching stables I find myself afraid of falling off every since one of the mares I was riding took off on me and I lost my stirrup and couldn't get her to stop. Since it was only my second time riding her I am now afraid to try out new horses.
