What you'll do:

  • Work in a LAMP environment
  • Hand code compliant to web standards
  • Develop in a multi-platform cross browser environment
  • Come up with creative solutions to new and old problems

What you'll need:

  • An interest and understanding in social applications
  • The ability to work in both front end and back end development
  • Solid database experience
  • Intermediate to advanced PHP5/OO, MySQL
  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript / AJAX
  • A minimum 2 years development experience or proven ability
  • Experience and understanding of scaling issues
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and on solo projects
  • Experience building apps for Facebook or MySpace a plus
