Paul Tapner has been based in the UK as a Professional Eventing Rider since 1999. In 2000 he shot to fame on the international circuit when winning the Bramham International 3 Star Three Day Event. Since that time he has become a regular face and consistent performer on the UK Eventing circuit and has continued to gain good form at International Competitions.
