About Me
Hey guys, the names Shannon!
A little about me...I live in New Jersey and I'm a sophmore in highschool. I live for my horses and my friends. I have two dogs, a bird, and a horse. Lets just say, I LIVE for my animals.
Now for the horses...
Splendor: hes my baby boy
Snoopy: he means well, he might not show it yet, but I no he does. He's a horse I'm training, but hes also, pretty much mine. The owners pretty much gave him to me. Hes a 6 yr old, we think TB, but were unsure. Hes a skinny man, weve been working hard to get him fat but he just doesnt want to. My plans are to turn him into a hunter, if that doesnt work, were going to take the jumpers route.
Handsome: Handsomes a good boy, hes a 20 yr old QH and he used to race. He acts as if hes 10 years younger. I've been working with Handsome for awhile now, I started when Splendor wouldn't get on the trailer to our first show. So that way I would have a back-up horse for whenever Splendor wouldn't get on the trailer, or was lame. He ended up being that back-up quite a few times. He's getting older, but he doesnt' act any different then ever. I think I'm gonna take him into itty bitty jumpers and see how we do in that. Thats all he wants to do is go fast and jump so Im sure i cant work with that.
Well now, thats pretty much it about me. I ride to live and live to ride :D
