About Me

I have been riding since I was 9. I am 16 now & riding has been my life. Aspen is my first horse & I love him so much & wouldn't trade him for the world!
I get to go out and ride about 4 times a week over the summer but during the school year I only go out once a week (I know that is really bad but I live 30 mins away from my barn and have lots of homework all the time). Right now I have someone riding Aspen about 2-3 others times during the week to keep him on track. I have had Aspen for about 10 1/2 months or so and we have put a lot of work into him (He is an ex-racehorse). I love the barn we are at now. Every one there is super nice and helpful. The horses get turned out a lot, almost all the time in the summer. There are sooooooo many horses there and I love to be around and get to know each of them. I love to help other boarders with their horses! Some day I hope to teach lessons and train horses myself.



the other horse under "My Horses" is Sam. I don't own Sam but i USE to lease him. Now he lives somewhere in KY, where another family is leasing him. I miss him soooooo much. He was the second horse I lease but the first horse I really really fell in love with. I came very close to buying him, but he was 19-20 yrs old and for my first horse i wanted something i knew would be around for a long long time. i miss you soo much sammy! i will never forget you sweet boy!
