About Me
Deanna Castro is a coach, instructor trainer, clinician, and the author of Professional Horse Blogazine. She started training horses and riders at the Castro Riding Academy with the intent to "Improve Communication Between Horse and Rider".
Throughout the 1990’s Deanna worked closely with Shannon, Jim & Rose Fritz of Fritz Quarter Horse’s learning to train and show horses winning multiple Grand Champion titles in the show ring. With a recent addition to the family, these days you will find her coaching and training as opposed to competing.
Deanna's students range from the recreational rider to the potential riding instructor. A good foundation is the cornerstone for any training program.
