About Me
I have been taking riding lessons for about nine years now. I started working with Haflingers and now mainly ride Tennesee Walking Horses, Arabians, and Quarter Horses. I don't have my own horse, but I get to play with a friend's horses like they were my own.
For the last three summers I have been a trail guide at Fantasy Hills Ranch in southern Wisconsin. It's really fun and I get to be on a horse for most of the day. This is what helped me get more experience with horses.
I am in my second year at a University of Wisconsin school as an Animal Science-Equine, Pre-Vet major. I love my school because we have a whole lab farm for horses where we can take classes about them. So far I have taken two riding classes. One was based on hunt seat and the other was based on reining. This next semester I am going to take a class where I train a two year old.
