About Me
I am a horse racing fan who owns a retired 17.1hh Thoroughbred. My dream has always been to have a career working with horses. The hard work is definitely worth the reward of the horse's trust and love. I hope to get my foot in the door in the horse industry someday.
I also have 3 dogs, 3 cats, and 4 chinchillas along with the 1 horse! I love animals (obviously), and love having them around me. I've been happily married since 2006, and encourage my husband to follow his dream because he wants me to follow mine.
Well, I won't be riding my horse. After some recent x-rays, the vet has determined his old racing injury has come back to haunt us. He has significant remodeling to both the coffin and pastern bones. He will need pain management for the rest of his life.
