About Me
I suppose I'm your usual teenage girl. I have three obsessions in life. The second is music, the third is reading, and the first is...you guessed it...HORSES. I've been riding since I was 6 (OMG...i've been riding for 10 years in May =D), and I now ride at Bohomolec Ranch in southern AB (even though I live in BC, its like 20 minutes away from where I live). It is the third stable I've ridden at, and I love it there. My instructors are amazing.
I've had two horses, and had to sell both of them (Kitty in grade 6 and Oreo in grade 10). I'm now half-leasing a 17.1hh shireXthrouroughbred, who was a PMU foal. He's a big ol' puppy dog (who even comes when you call, which is GREAT in the spring when the paddocks are super duper muddy;]). I hope to one day own my own horse again and be able to show when I want to (unlike now...now I can only go when my instructor goes).
None of my friends are interested at all in horses, most of them are afraid of them, and I'm the only person from the town where i live who rides at bohomolec (which can be a bit of a hassle when i need to get to a lesson and I can't get a ride). I pay for everything myself right now, lessons, new riding clothes, new boots, anything i need for riding i have to buy.
Wow, now that I'm done rambling...
