About Me
I am 21 years old, and I live in Thompson, Manitoba, Canada. I grew up on my parents' ranch. They have a breeding and training operation. Most of my very first memories involve riding and playing with horses. I started riding on my own at the age of two, and trained my first pony (with the help of my mom) at the age of seven. From there on out I was hooked and began helping my parents train, sell, and breed horses, up until I moved away to university. While at University I did some volunteer work at a nearby barn, mucking stalls, feeding, and turning out horses in exchange for some riding time. It was lots of fun and I enjoyed it a lot, but I missed having my own horse, so once I moved out on my own, I sent home for one of my horses, but when I had to move again, I sold him to a nice lady, and now I am horseless again! I joined this site to do some social networking, since I want to learn more about English, as well as I would like to get back into doing some training. This site also helps me to feed my addiction while I am away from my horses.
