About Me
I'm a mom with a passion for riding. I didn't start until I was in my late 20's. I started riding hunter/jumpers but when I had my kids I changed to something a little safer, dressage. I have been pursuing that for about 16 years now and I dream of dancing with my horse at the Cool August Nights show at the LA equestrian center. I love riding musical freestyle, and to music in general. We are currently training at 2nd level.
I own my dream horse, Raven, and she's been in my life for 7+ years. She's a giant black warmblood mare with a sweet disposition and a firey flare. She lives at home with me and I treasure the time I get to spend with her.
Most recently I was written up by the Practical Horseman Magazine, in the April 2009 edition. They did a story about my back and I hope that it inspired other people who suffer with back pain. I have brand new technology in my back now and I can ride again pain free. It is quite amazing.
