Has been an Equestrian Life Member since April 30, 2009, lives in Grass Valley, California, United States and considers herself a Amateur in the Other discipline of trail riding and campingShe also rides Racing. Lori owns 2 horses: Lightning Spak, Bey Gwendelyn.
I have been riding since I was 12 and had a variety of different breeds and temperments over the years. I have done a little bit of alot of different things with my horses over the years. In my youth I enjoyed showing and all of the gymkana type of events. I have done NATRC and trail trials also 2 endurance races. At this time I am concentrating on training my new horse to be an excellent trail horse and maybe in the future we can enter trail classes and compete in endurance. I love camping with my horse and belong to a horse club that mostly camps and trail rides in the Sierra's and Sierra foothills. I recently went on a Poker ride with my mare, the first time she was ever exposed to lots of horses, she did great as long as we were moving. Standing still was a problem for her she seems to have a horsey version of ADHD!!! We actually had the best hand out of approx 60 contestents and won $100.00! Well this is a little about me.
