About Me
I was obsessed with horses as a kid. I took lessons once in a while and rode here and there. By the time I got to middle school it had occurred to me that people thought it was weird to love horses. So I quit talking about them to people, quit drawing them in class, quit writing stories about them.
Then I grew up.
Completely by chance, the opportunity to lease a horse fell into my lap. I was overwhelmed and worried that I wouldn't be able to do it "right," that I would teach this fantastic horse bad habits, that I would make a mistake, that I would get hurt.
But this has been the BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO ME ever. I love this horse so much I have to restrain myself from talking about him all day at work and at every social gathering. He is so cool. He is sweet and good and smart and he nibbles me.
I have officially turned back into an 11 year old and it's awesome.
