Has been an Equestrian Life Member since January 25, 2010, lives in Michigan, United States and considers herself a Professional in the English discipline of Hunter / Jumper and Dressage and Eventing. She also rides Western Reining and Pleasure and Cutting and Trail and Team Penning and Halter and Halter Showmanship and Freestyle and Western Riding and Barrel Racing and Gymkhana and Team Roping .

About Me

I've been riding since I was a lil kid and it is my passion. I am looking for horse friends in my area to ride with, I am currently 'horseless' but that will change soon....I hope. I thought this site would be a great place to expand my equine networking. I have my ressume below for thos interested!

Barn Assistant: Cleaned stalls, turned out horses, feed horse, gave medication, working with the veterinarian and farrier, exercising horses, and ‘walk-trot’ lessons.

~Sandy Hill Farm, Ypsilanti, MI 2002-2007
4-H Leader: giving lessons, working with the students 4-H animals, supporting the students and working on projects. The team received awards at Fair.

~Solo Trainer 1998-Preasent: At local stables in Michigan I would train ‘problem horses’ and the riders/owners. Trained horses for Hunter Jumper, Western, and 4-H. Most issues would be resolved with a month

~Trained under Sharron Peters and Caroline Peters Stucky at Hedge and Turf Farm in Hunter Jumper and competed at Stony Ridge Farm at the ‘B’ level with Championships and High Point Awards 1988-1994

~Trained under Cindy and Tim Katona at Katona Stable in Hunter Jumper, Trail Riding and Western Pleasure, competed in 4-H, S.E.M.H.A and ‘B’ level shows with Reserve Champion Awards and All Around Horse 1994-1997

~Training foals, stallions and problem horses

~I have experience in many different disciplines and with different horse breeds; Hunter Jumper, Western Pleasure, Halter, Dressage, Barrel Racing, Trail Riding, Gymkhana and rehabilitating horses.

~Solo Trainer for Joe Polara 1996-2000: Training a 2 year old Appendix mare for Hunter Jumper H.J.H.A.M. and I.B.H.A. Also, trained a yearling stallion Appaloosa for halter at the ApHC level and a 4 year old Appaloosa for barrel racing at local show’s

~Worked at/with many Stables in Michigan; Ravenwood Stable, Showcase Stable, Sandy Hill Farm, Double D Ranch, Hell Creek Ranch, Hedge and Turf Stable, Cavallo Equestrian Center, Katona Stable, Rushlow’s Arabian Farm, TLC Stable, Stony Ridge Farm, and Windermere Equestrian Center

~1998-2000 Michigan State University Equine Hoof Health clinic host; 4 times a year using school horses

~Attended Clint Anderson clinic

~At Lake Erie College I trained under; Nancy Smith, Chris Kappler, Dr. Elisabeth J. Giedt, Cami Harkless, Dawn Lucia Nickerson and Jurgen Hoffman.

~Competed in IHSA Hunt Seat, IDA Dressage Team, Team de Ville and USDF Dressage Series Nationals and was sponsored by Miller Boot Company. USDF and USET stand in 2001-2002. Attuned weekly practice, team meetings, traveling as a team and wearing team clothing.
