About Me
In March of 2011 a Pure Puerto Rican Paso Fino colt found his way into my life. Since that time Diamante Rubio de Pride has stolen my heart. He is now 3yrs old and in training at a local training facility. I hope to spend many years with "Mante" showing and trail riding.
I am a very active member of the Pure Puerto Rican Paso Fino Federation of America and in August of 2011 was elected as a board member at our Celebration Show members meeting. After that I began working with our Youth Club and helped them get their Drill Team back in the saddle and performing at our horse shows.
In Memory of my Beloved Satin (She will always hold a special place in my heart)
I had an Arab rescue horse who came to live with me and my husband in 2007. I started working with her in dressage and she was doing very well. One of my goals was to show her in dressage, we didn't make that goal but we did show at a local fun show and she did very well. Satin was diagnosed with EPM at the end of 2010 and after battling the disease for a few months we had to put her to rest in Jan 2011. She is missed by everyone she touched.
