About Me

My name is Jordan Breanne. I am seventeen years old. I was taught Western, but i prefer English. I am all self taught, but I haven't had any formal lessons. That is mainly because I am 200 miles from the nearest town, and no one will come to this horrible town (believe me, I am leaving the second I am able to).

I owned an OTTB gelding, named Jethro (Light The Dawn), but unfortunately, I had to sell him. The local stables are absolutely horrible. Incompetent owner's issues aside, people were throwing rocks at my horse, stealing hay from his dish, beating him, sneaking him oats, and regularly letting him out of his stall at night. Plus I had ?$1500 worth of stuff stolen from me. The stables have a complicated set up, long story short, the owners of it do not care at all. I contacted the police and animal control, but they didn't care. I sold him to a nice home 300 miles away to be in a safer place.

After I sold my horse, I started this, so everyone can see what goes on down there: abuewatch.wordpress.com

I plan on moving to Auburn, WA when I graduate. I am going to get formal lessons, I'm still debating on what, though I'm leaning towards the Hunter jumping. Once I get settled, and become a better rider, I am going to get myself another horse. I am going to be a riding instructor/ horse trainer. I'd also like to start a small OTTB program, since I will be right by Emerald Downs.
