My vet told me that PreparationH is good for proud flesh. Have any of you heard this before? and tried it?

i've tried it and it works very nicely. wash it well with saline and keep it as clean as possible. pack with prep h. try not to poke at the area, just keep an eye on it for heat or funkey smells.

Thanks Jamie - we get to start that tonight. He still has stitches so he has to have bandages on anyway. I will let you know how it works.
