Should I give my horse a full beauty bath the day of my show, the day before, or when before the show?
I show at 430 in the afternoon and leave for it at 230, so I would bathe him in the morning.

If you bathe him the day before you'd have to blanket him or stall him.
It would probably be easier to bathe him the day of.

I say if it's not to cold in the morning, do it before the show and make sure he or she is monitored at all times before you leave lol.

I don't bath my horse really. I do hose them down but I let them roll so often that it shines up their coat. Like chinchillas take their dust baths and other mammals roll to keep bugs off, I let them rub on the ground and when I brush them out, they shine like chrome on a Cadillac. Just be careful with too much washing as it can dry out the skin with soaps. I do not have a whit horse, obviously.
