I was wondering what everyone's favorite schooling helmet, breeches, half chaps and boots are? I am looking to get new stuff and I want to be comfortable but not sweaty and I would like the stuff to be reasonably priced.
helmet - IRH (this is the model i use --> Visit Link)
breeches - elation full seat (super comfy!)
boots and half chaps - ariat heritage paddock boots + ariat all around suede half chaps
leather and suede half chaps are pricier, half chaps do come in other fabrics that are much less expensive, but i've never used them so i don't know wha they are like to ride in
Helmet - Tipperary Sportage Plus - the best!
Breeches - I like on course cotton naturals but if you can find Tempi, those are better
half chaps - Tredstep - these are made of real suede and fit nicely
paddock boots - Ariat - are there really any others to consider?
Don't be afraid to look for name brands on Ebay. I've gotten great deals there. You just have to know what you want and the value.
