My Horse Dosen't Do well in a Riding Ring it's to Boring for him, but in a Field he'll do ANYTHING!! And He's More Lively in a Field too! And I Personally Prefer A Field over A Ring Anyday! What do you People Like doing to Keep Your Horses Motivated?

I need some ideas on what to do with my 4 yr old paint gelding while riding so neither of us get bored. He's very green so we only walk and trot right now until he listens better.
