This is Priscilla Faulkner with Falconwood Vaulters. The three tips for vaulting safety are difficult to come up with because there are a number of tips needed for vaulting safety. But, in my opinion, the three most important would be: practicing everything on the barrel first until it works because the barrel is lower than the horse and the barrel is still. The second tip would be to listen to your coach and lunger because they're able to see things that you might not see on the horse. The other is to remember to roll when you fall. The rolling away from the horse keeps the vaulter from getting stepped on and break some of the momentum of the fall. It's Priscilla Faulkner with Falconwood Vaulters.
