Best horse riding gear to wear. It's really important when riding to have the proper riding gear. For safety and for comfort. To begin with, a nice pair of riding pants that are comfortable and that fit you well is a good place to start. These will help to prevent getting rubs on your legs and they really allow you to be comfortable and flexible on your horse. The next important thing is a pair of paddock boots. It's important that they fit you well, that they're comfortable and they give you a little extra padding in case you were to get stepped on. And then along with the paddock boots, you'll want a pair of half chaps. These are a nice pair, they fit me snugly and they allow me to have a little extra grip when riding compared to if I just had the paddock boot on. And another good thing to have is a pair of gloves. These give you a little more grip on the reins and prevent you from getting rubs on your hands. And probably the most important thing that you need to have is a safe helmet that fits you very well. It should be snug when it goes on and when you bounce your head around it should stay put so if you were to fall it wouldn't fall off, it would stay where it needed to be.
