I have had Amicelli since he was four years old. He is now thirteen. So, we've had a very long partnership together, and I've developed him from a young horse up to the Grand Prix level. Of course, with help from different trainers and this is my very first Grand Prix horse. So, we've learned a lot together, and it's been very rewarding. He has a huge heart, great temperament, and of course, the ability to be able to do the Grand Prix movements which you don't find in every horse, and he's a lot of fun to ride. He's very ridable. I enjoy riding him every day. He has a real character. He's a big personality in and out of the barn and likes to show that. He likes to have fun in his work which I think is really important is to keep, keep it fun whether you're a professional or you know, you're doing this for a hobby. It's very important to enjoy the journey towards what your goals are because it's not just the success in the ring. It's getting there and learning how to get there. It's the whole process, and it really is the team of people that gets you there as well, you know, it's not just the horse rider combination. It's most definitely your whole team behind you, your coach, your support system. Your sponsors, farriers, vet. It's absolutely everyone. So, I've really enjoyed getting him to this point and I look forward to bringing along new other horses, younger horses and bringing them up as well. So, I'm hoping to continue my career with him for quite some time still and look forward to bringing along other horses as well.
