Hi, I'm Cyrus Confectioner, I'm now going to tell you about the players playing on the field and their positions. As you now know that there are four players per team, they are given positions as per number one, number two, number three and number four. The number four player is the main defensive player for the team and his primary role is stop goals from being scored by the other side. Person able to score the best and quickest on the field. Not necessarily, because now Polo is such a game that all four players have all the same abilities. A number four needs to make sure that the ball stays down the other end, so as soon as he gets it, he plays it to his team mates far away from his own goal. Polo is generally an attacking game but nevertheless, the position of number four is very vital, especially when playing against a stronger team. Because it is his duty to make sure that the opponents don't score. The ball may not get to him but he has to be constantly on the move, you know. This is always a very important position you know, because player number four is the player who plays almost right at the back. He is a sort of defensive player who not only plays defense but helps the ball to move up to his player number two and player number three, to get the ball. Essentially the four players and their four positions on the field of play. The game has four quarters, you can use four ponies, you know, one in each quarter because it is a very tiring sport, and the ponies are pushed to their limits. Thank you.
