Hi I'm Tim Wigren, owner and operator here at Command Performance and I'm here to talk to you about the uses of the Arabian horse. The uses of the Arabian horse vary as much as the breed itself. Arabian horses have been known to be in rodeos, have been trail horses and family horses, pack horses, mountain horses and in the show room. There is many different types of horses which are bred for specific events and many different breeds of Arabian horse are bred specifically to possess certain characteristics which would enhance these events. The many breeders are specifically for halter horses, performance horses, show ring horses, and endurance horses. Right now we're looking at a horse here who has been bred to be a show horse. There is, like you say, many different breeds of horse and many different uses of the Arabian horse and their characteristics are all similar to each.
